Helping You Reach Your Potential

Mental Health, Lifestyle, & Nutrition Counseling for All Walks of Life

My approach

Every person faces a unique set of challenges - mental, physical, and situational - which means that your therapy and coaching plan should be unique, too.

I bring my professional experience as a LCSW and therapist, as well as my personal experience as a mom and licensed health coach, together to create custom wellness plans for each of my clients. We’ll combine talk therapy modalities like CBT, positive psychology, Empowerment Theory, and psychotherapy with lifestyle and nutrition coaching to help you build a 360-degree plan to optimize your mental and physical wellbeing.

“Rena was a huge source of support for me while I went through fertility treatments, and I will never ever forget that. I am so grateful that I am on the other side of this journey.”

  • Talk Therapy

As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with patients to address their mental health struggles and form healthy coping tactics, strong support systems, and positive habits that build a 360-degree approach to mental wellness.

  • Nutrition & Exercise Coaching

Food plays a huge role in our overall health and well-being. I help clients understand how to create and maintain healthy habits - as well as identify how external circumstances and lifestyle choices may play a role in our diet.

  • Infertility Counseling

Dealing with infertility is physically and mentally draining. Through coaching, I’ll help you navigate the treatment process, understand doctors’ recommendations, build your support network and feel more in control of your treatment.

  • Pre & Post-Natal Counseling

I work with new moms to help adjust to the changes of motherhood, from hormonal fluctuations, to body changes, to the inevitable sleep deprivation and lifestyle adjustments - and help smooth these transitions and address symptoms of PPD or PPA.

  • Substance Abuse Counseling

    Substance Abuse Counseling

Although there is no definitive cure for addiction, there are evidence-based therapies that can help people manage the disease and live a happier, healthier life. For many people affected by addiction, substance abuse counselors are the vital link to recovery.
