Emily Miller, LMSW

I’m dedicated to empowering clients to take control of their lives, focusing on presence and personal strength while addressing habits that may hinder progress. I thrive on supporting motivated individuals who seek change but need guidance to achieve their goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to unlock your inner resilience and drive, helping you find the motivation for lasting transformation.

Specializing in life transitions, fertility, and couples therapy, I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University, where I trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma theory. My experience includes working with Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, where I guided individuals and couples through the emotional challenges of infertility.

My integrative approach combines DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy, tailored to your unique needs and goals. This personalized method ensures we effectively address your challenges and support meaningful progress.

Whether you're dealing with fertility treatment stress, life transitions, or other concerns, I’m here to offer support. My aim is to help you achieve balance and resilience during these times. If you're seeking empathetic and specialized support, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Together, we’ll work towards a path that aligns with your values and needs.

Sarah Geissah, LMSW

I believe that every mind has the innate capability to heal. With the right guidance and support, the path to healing becomes clearer, allowing you to reclaim your strength, process difficult emotions, and build the skills necessary to overcome even the most challenging obstacles. This strength is within you, and I am dedicated to helping you uncover it.

With a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University, my academic and professional skills have enabled me to effectively support individuals and couples through their unique challenges. My clinical expertise lies in guiding individuals and couples to navigate grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Using a combination of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I tailor each session to meet your individualized needs, deepen self-awareness and rediscover the mind-body connection.
