How we fuel our bodies plays a huge role in our health and wellbeing. It’s important to maintain healthy habits and look at how external influences can affect diet choices. Nutrition and exercise coaching can help by providing tools to develop healthy habits and achieve your goals.
As an endurance athlete myself who has competed multiple marathons, triathlons, and more, I know the importance of motivation and accountability when it comes to movement. I combine my personal experience as a marathon runner and professional experience as a LCSW to provide tools for athletes to improve their mental focus.
Whether you struggle with emotional eating, types of foods/atmospheres are a trigger for you, or you want to eat more mindfully, we will coach you through this to find patterns and discover the roots of the triggers.
During athlete counseling, we will focus on the ways in which you can achieve your physical goals through optimizing your mindset, mental toughness, and a nutrition & training plan if applicable.
This type of coaching can help anyone who wants to feel a sense of freedom surrounding food and nutrition. I work with athletes of all levels, from individuals beginning their movement journey to collegiate and professional athletes.
