General Therapy Services

Have you experienced struggles with anxiety, depression, or a lack of self-esteem? Therapy can help you better understand your feelings, manage life’s challenges, and find healthy coping mechanisms.

I provide an individualized approach to therapy that takes into account your history and goals to develop a plan that works for you.

How it works:

  1. We will first schedule a free phone consultation to talk about your goals and how we might work together. If it’s a fit, I will send you some intake forms to fill out and we can get started.

  2. During our first session, we will discuss your goals and I will create a plan that is individually tailored to you and your needs.

  3. I use a variety of modalities, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), positive psychology, empowerment theory, and psychotherapy to implement an approach that works for each client.

  4. I work with individuals and couples ranging from adolescents to older adults. I’m a firm believer that anyone can benefit from therapy, and we’ll work together to find the best way to overcome your unique challenges.
