Mental Endurance Counseling for Athletes

Achieving athletic or fitness goals is just as much about mental strength as it is about physical strength. And just like athletes work with coaches to improve physical endurance, a coach can help build and strengthen your mental endurance.

Athlete counseling can help keep you motivated and accountable to achieve your goals, and provide you with the tools needed to overcome mental hurdles and recover from setbacks.

As an endurance athlete myself who has competed multiple marathons, triathlons, and more, I know the importance of motivation and accountability when it comes to movement. I combine my personal experience as a marathon runner and professional experience as a LCSW to provide tools for athletes to improve their mental focus.

During athlete counseling, we will focus on the ways in which you can achieve your physical goals through optimizing your mindset, mental toughness, and a nutrition & training plan if applicable.

I work with athletes of all levels, from individuals beginning their movement journey to collegiate and professional athletes.
